Fall is in full swing!!  As we head into the holiday season there will be tons of local family friendly events around the Lake.  Enjoy time with the family engaged in haunting Halloween activity while also actively supporting your community.   Here are a few spooky events happening this weekend.  

Halloween On The Bagnell Dam Strip Date: 2025-10-25

A popular family-oriented Halloween celebration featuring trick-or-treating at businesses along the Bagnell Dam Strip, games, and costume contests. This annual event transforms the famous lakefront strip into a safe, festive environment for children and parents to celebrate together.

Celebrate the fall seasons with the annual Osage Beach Fall Festival.  Come with the whole family for a day sure to be full good times for the everyone. Mark your calendars for this Saturday! 

The event will be held at: 950 Hatchery Rd, Osage Beach.

Motorcycle enthusiasts from across the United States will be gathering at Lake of the Ozarks for the 19th Annual Lake of the Ozarks BikeFest! The area boasts some of the nation’s most scenic rides, winding around the lake and through the rolling Ozark hills, offering breathtaking views at every turn. Visitors can also enjoy more than 300 biker-friendly bars, restaurants, hotels, and campgrounds throughout the region.

The Great Bagnell Dam Duck Drop is a lively, family-friendly fundraiser that transforms the scenic Bagnell Dam Strip and Osage River in Lake Ozark, MO, into a hub of fun, philanthropy, and community spirit. The annual Kids Fishing Derby is a free weeknight event held at the Osage Beach City Park Pond for children ages 15 and under. It’s a great opportunity for kids to experience the fun of fishing in a relaxed, family-friendly environment. 

All equipment and snacks will be provided by the Osage Beach Parks and Recreations Dept.  

There will also be chances to enter drawings to win fun prizes like tackle boxes, fishing poles, and more!

Bridge and Dam is set to be the area’s largest foot race—mark your calendar for Saturday, April 12, 2025, for an unforgettable event!

Hosted by FundRuns and the Lake of the Ozarks Runners, the race will benefit local charities. Race directors Alysia Maschino and Scott Page, who originally launched Bridge and Dam, are back to build on its past success. Now with full control of the event, they plan several improvements to enhance the race experience. The goal: a top-tier run that supports the lake community, local businesses, and area causes.
